Privacy notice

Discover is operated by V Collective Partners Pte Ltd. This notice explains, in plain English, how we handle information used by the Discover assessment.

What we collect

We collect the first name, mobile number and email address you provide, together with your assessment answers. We also create a career-fit result and growth profile from those answers.

If you choose to continue after your result, we may collect your residency status, age range, education level, work status, career interests, priorities and stated preferences about exploring career paths or a conversation. We also keep a record of any career-contact consent, including the wording and version shown, whether it was given, and when, plus relevant records of later meaningful interactions.

Why we use it

We use this information to start and manage your assessment, save your progress, calculate and show your result, personalise your result/profile, and send the result to the email address you provide. We also use limited first-party usage and source information, such as visits, assessment starts and campaign tags, to understand and improve Discover. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting.

Optional career contact

Career-contact consent is not needed to take the assessment, complete it or view your result. We ask for it only after you see your result. If you agree, the one consent covers email, telephone and WhatsApp/text about your Discover results, career exploration, career-related guidance, relevant opportunities, events and related Discover updates. You can withdraw it later.

Who handles the information

Authorised people working for Discover may handle information only for the purposes described here. Service providers that support hosting, email delivery or approved business systems may process information on V Collective Partners Pte Ltd's behalf when needed to provide those services. We do not name individual providers here because they may change.

How long we keep it

Our approved review periods are:

If you withdraw consent, optional contact stops immediately and the assessment moves to the non-contact retention period. We keep the consent record needed to show what choice was made.
