Why this project exists
Discover grew from a familiar career story: doing well academically does not automatically tell you what work will fulfil you. Our founder spent two years studying engineering at NUS before realising that the work he wanted needed to combine human interaction, analytical thinking, creativity and impact. What once looked like an inability to settle became a process of discovering fit — and ultimately an 18-year career in the same industry while progressively taking on more roles and responsibilities.
What the assessment is — and is not
Discover Career Fit is an evidence-informed exploration tool, not a formal psychometric, psychological or diagnostic assessment. It highlights patterns in your stated preferences and approach to growth. Results are a starting point for exploration, not a verdict on what you can become.
