How it works

A clearer next move starts with better questions.

Discover is a short, practical career-fit experience designed to help you notice patterns before you commit to a path.

The experience

Simple enough to finish. Thoughtful enough to be useful.

01

Answer practical questions

Work through exactly 28 questions about the environments, problems and ways of working that appeal to you.

02

See your career directions

Your result brings together your strongest career directions, a hybrid profile and signals about how you approach growth.

03

Choose what to explore next

Keep your result as a starting point, or share a little more context if you would like a deeper conversation.

A useful starting point

Not a verdict. A better set of possibilities.

Your result reflects your responses today. It is not a formal psychometric, psychological or diagnostic assessment, and it does not decide what you can become.

Use it to start more informed conversations, compare environments and choose which paths are worth exploring next.
